"I found this to be a very good place to stay and enjoyed my time there."
"The location was great , my friend and I were in Derby to watch a band so literally went straight out so can't comment on the lounge and kitchen but the bed was comfy and situated in a quiet area , also parking was a bonus although there is only 1 space , there is a free car park called Parkers Piece a 4 minute drive from the house and Trance allowed us to leave the car after checkout whilst we went out for breakfast which was very kind of him , we walked into the centre , it took about 15 mins and stopped at the 2 lovely pubs on the way , The Five lamps and The Seven Stars , both cracking little pubs , top marks for communication , I had to message a couple of times and was answered straight away"
